Academic Regalia (Caps & Gowns) for Students

Graduation Fair Begins April 7th!

• Please pick up your Caps & Gowns at the TCNJ bookstore.
• Custom announcements may be ordered directly from the TCNJ bookstore website at http://www.tcnj.bkstore.com. Generic announcements are also available at the bookstore for purchase.
• View discipline specific hood colors.
• You may keep your tassel and all academic attire.
• Please do not wait until the last minute to pick up your cap and gown! If you apply for graduation after April 18, 2008, you will be provided with a cap, gown, tassel, and a blue and gold hood. A discipline specific hood may not be shipped after April 18th.
• If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact the Barnes and Noble bookstore (609.637.5001) about your specific issue.

Graduation Clearance

• Degree candidates must verify that they do not have any hold flags by checking T.E.S.S (The Electronic Student Services) before picking up caps and gowns.
• If any payment must be made, please go to the Office of Student Accounts, Green Hall Room 119, during regular business hours 8:30 - 4:30 Monday - Friday.
• If you have student loans, you must complete Mapping Your Future's online exit interview. For more information regarding your loan, please visit the website for the Office of Student Financial Assistance.

Academic Regalia (Caps & Gowns) for Faculty

• Faculty may order their academic regalia directly from the College bookstore in the Brower Stdent Center during normal hours of operation.
• Please note- Prices for faculty academic regalia are set by the bookstore. Costs are the responsibility of each faculty member placing an order and are payable to the bookstore.
• Please place your orders no later than April 8th, 2008 to assure that your school and degree specific regalia is made and delivered in time. No guarantees may be made for any orders placed after April 18th.
• Additional shipping charges will be applied ($20.00) for orders placed after April 18.
