We're Changing Our Name

As of July 1, 2011, the School of Culture and Society will have a new name:  The School of Humanities and Social Sciences.  

In changing the name of our School, we are working to make clear to students, faculty, alumni, parents, community partners, and colleagues in other institutions that our School is the academic home for the humanities and social sciences at The College of New Jersey.  

This new name is consistent with the transparency of the names of the other six schools at The College of New Jersey.

The change of names has no impact on the academic programs housed in our School or the requirements of those programs.
