When I bought this coach in 1998, it was in very good shape and ran well. I intended to update many of the components
but I did not plan to do a complete restoration as it was not required

The tan exterior looks very good and, with a buffing, would look great. No damage or rust

Plywood floors under carpeting in very good condition

Chrome bumpers are in very good condition

4 KW Onan generator – ran well a  few years ago after fixing a few items. Presently being checked out

The list of things I wanted to do is too much at this stage of my life and I decided to let it go.
It would be great to have someone buy this coach and enjoy it as is being done by many others.

Floor Plan -

Two swivel barrel chairs, light color upholstery, on the right side behind the passenger's seat with a folding table between them

Couch on the left side which opens into a double bed

Dinette table which converts into a double bed in rear

All upholstery original and in generally good condition –1970's-retro look

12 volt/propane refrigerator – works well

Wet bath – in very good condition  (new standard height toilet included but not installed)

Extra features on coach when I bought it in 1998.

Roof pod and ladder

Roof air - works well

Roof vents w/fans

Side awning – perfect condition

Older radial tires and non-radial rims (need to be replaced)

Domestic hot water heat exchanger on engine  (not connected)

New items:

Power supply/battery charger - Todd, PC30B

Front window outside covers

Carpeting in living area. (bare plywood in front compartment)

Front seats - Voyager mini-van, cloth, light tan color, power driver's side  (passenger seat needs to be installed)

Steel Posts for shoulder-harnesses  (not installed)

Counter top  - laminated

80 mm front calipers  (new flex lines not installed)

Stainless steel sink and faucet set (not installed)

Standard height toilet (not installed)

Two-burner gas cook top (not installed)   Original stove/oven removed

All hard stainless-steel brake lines (not installed)

Issues -

Crack in ceiling panel and small leak (to the rear of the ceiling AC unit)

Propane tank - leak in top connection. I was going to replace it with 2 small tanks as has been done by others. More than enough capacity for most of us.

Engine - has been idle for 8 years. Tries to turn over but doesn't make it. Solvent soaking in cylinders now.
Engine ran well when last operated. No unusual noises or problems.
