Vibrations Laboratory

The Vibrations Laboratory is designed to provide essential testing capability in the area of mechanical vibrations. A Universal Vibrations Apparatus (UVA), an industry standard Shaker Table, and a Torsional Vibrations Apparatus (TVA) provide the capability to conduct a broad range of experiments in the vibrations area.   A multi-degree of freedom (Lumped Mass) system is used for demonstration purposes.  All of these units are computer interfaced and use LabVIEW for data acquisition.
