The DSP lab has 10 workstations each with a Dell PC, an Agilent 54645D mixed signal oscilloscope with 54657A measurement module, Agilent 33120A function generator, Texas Instrument’s TMS320C5402 DSP Starter Kit (DSK) and TMS320C6711 DSK with PCM3006 daughtercard.  Software consists of a C complier, MATLAB with Signal Processing Toolbox, and Code Composer Studio.  This lab is used to teach real-time DSP from the MATLAB environment, progressing to actual real-time hardware using the DSP Starter Kits.
