There are approximately 440 undergraduate students currently enrolled in the engineering program at The College of New Jersey. The average high school class rank and SAT score for our 2004 entering class is 90th percentile and 1317 respectively; the SAT scores for the 2004 entering class varies from a minimum of 840 to a maximum of 1580; a significant number are New Jersey State Scholars. The student body is very diverse:

  • About 21% percent are women (one of the highest percentages of women enrolled in any engineering school in the nation).
  • Roughly 12% are African-American, Hispanic-American, or Native American.
