In class we raised the question of whether to stick with VavlE/Source (Half-Life Engine) or move to Virtools. Every group needs to address this question in order to do part 2 of the weekly assignment.

From the perspective of each area please look at the specifications for each product along the following lines:

1) Ease of use

2) Available support documentation

3) Appropriateness for the agenda of the area group as well as your indivdual needs.

4) Availability/access etc.

5) Any other criteria you can think of.

If is VERY, very important that everyone poke around both sites and get sense for what the options are.

Furthermore, if anyone would like to "play around" with Source/ValvE who doesn't already have their own personal copy, let me know and I'll see about making the laptop (upon which Half-life is about to be installed) available to the group.)
