Overview

The BIG Game is a year long game development experience funded by Microsoft for the 2005/2006 year at TCNJ. The support provided a group of students with the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the processes involved in the creation of a game. While the project was only initially slated for this particular year, the course that embodied it will continue as IMM 370.
During the Fall semester, the group formulated various games that could possibly be developed, but eventually decided upon UFO, NJ, a game about two kids who befriend two aliens that have possessed their favorite toys.
Rather than attempt to develop the game from scratch in only two semesters, the team is busy modding Half-Life 2, turning a first person shooter into a third person platformer.
