Withdrawal:

After being accepted, if a student decides they wish to DEFER (to another semester) or WITHDRAW (from the program completely), the student must notify the Office of International & Off-Campus programs in writing AS SOON AS POSSIBLE; Your registration and term bill may be affected otherwise

You are also responsible for notifying the program or institution abroad of your deferment or withdrawal.
