1. Meeting Workshops
• If you’re going to be running one, please try and get it started in the near future
• Are we running anything this week? Weaponry and/or favors?

2. Penn Ren – Oct. 4th, 11AM-8PM

• Car Space
• Will not be getting a group rate
• Meet in Brower, what time do we want to meet/leave? Mapquest says it takes about 2 hours to get there.

3. Unity War – Oct. 10-11th

• Rusty, Patricia, Steve, Trench and I are planning to go

4. Samhain Feast – Nov. 1st, 6PM, Cromwell Main Lounge

• Need to ask for freshman volunteers for the following tasks: design flier, design and paint banner, make a sheet of period insults
• Events: which of the following do we want to do: bardic competition, duck hunt, insult contest, dancing, “court”, drum circle, pumpkins, woading/henna, workshop?
• Do we need to reserve space outside for drum circle
• Candles?

5. Hoopla #2 – Nov. 21st, 7-10PM, Decker Main Lounge

• Would like to see plans/budgets for workshops by Oct. 1 – expect 30ish people/workshop
