Educational Leadership (EDEC)

The Master of Education in Elementary Education is designed to increase the professional competence of fully certified elementary school teachers and to offer them, through the careful selection of electives, three options:

Educational Leadership Option (EDEC) in which work toward the New Jersey supervisor's certificate is pursued. Three years of successful teaching experience required (experience in New Jersey public schools must have been completed under a New Jersey teacher's certificate).
