4.Off-campus users If you're using a computer off-campus and find you have technical problems using i-LION you can complete it in a campus computer lab or the TCNJ library. Check open hours for Information Technology labs and the TCNJ library building at the following Web sites, respectively: http://www.tcnj.edu/~it/labs.html and http://www.tcnj.edu/~library/info/hours.html You can also learn computer lab hours by contacting the Information Technology Help Desk (contact information below), or library open hours by calling (609) 771-2311. In Module 3 you will be using a library subscription database available only to authorized TCNJ Users (current students, faculty, or staff). If you are working off campus and using a non-TCNJ Internet Service Provider (ISP) such as AOL, Worldnet, MSN, etc., you will need to login to a proxy server using your TCNJ email username and password. If you don't know your username, go to http://account.tcnj.edu to access your email account information. If you need assistance with your account, contact the Information Technology Help Desk at (609) 771-3138 or email the Help Desk at helpdesk@tcnj.edu If you're using TCNJ as your Internet Service Provider and using TCNJ Dial-Up Networking you will not need to supply your TCNJ email account information. For more information on accessing the library's electronic resources from off campus see http://www.tcnj.edu/~library/offcampus.html |
