George Romero's Land of the Dead is the story of a bunch of crazy teenagers and their wacky hijinx, as they try not to get eaten by a bunch of brain crazed zombie-like people. Now the thing about this movie is that it falls into the genre of "Zombie Flick." This makes it crap.

Everybody who is worth a damn knows that any "Zombie Flick" is worthless by definition. I hate them, and so do you. Now I don't know any real specifics about this movie, as I only made it about 1/4 of the way through the trailer before stopping it. Like I said, there was no real need to watch it. Its a "Zombie Flick" and thus its bad.

Period.

Now I'm sure that Romero, who as far as my research shows is a rookie director, tried very hard to make this movie tolerable, but he was working within a structure which simply lends itself to nothing other than pure, unadulterated junk, and as such, he created no more then a festering pile of poor cinema.
