Communication Initiatives - School of Culture & Society
AY 2005-2006
Regular communication currently takes place between the Dean and the Director for User Support Services. There is also regular communication between the IT support specialist and the faculty for identifying issues, communicating any problems or changes, and problem solving.
Include a representative from IT in the roundtable discussions.
Add a member of IT to the roundtable discussions and also the C & S IT liaison listserv to serve as a representative of Information Technology. This addition would not only help IT better understand what the school's plans for the future include, but will also help the school learn what initiatives are being undertaken by other schools on campus that may result in collaborative efforts among schools or departments.
