Technology resources and support for the campus community.

February 8, 2012 - A software update will be automatically be "pushed" to all PC workstations beginning Thursday morning, February 9.  You can continue to work while the update is installing.  You may receive:

- informational pop up messages in the bottom right corner - you can disregard these

- a message to reboot your computer.  You can reboot at a later time, but you will not be able to use Zenworks (aka SAL) applications until you reboot

This will only affect faculty and staff computers. Lab computers and media machines will be updated separately.

 If you encounter any problems related to this upgrade, please contact the Help Desk at X2660 immediately.
