Please review the following documents prior to our fall retreat. Also, review the IT strategic plan found at IT Strategic Plan and and the last white paper that we produced found at IT White Paper. For the retreat, we will be discussing long term strategies.
Thoughts for the day:
What should the new white paper look like? What would the table of contents look like?
Is our strategic plan timely? What adjustments are needed?
What are the implications for: security, contracts, staff skill sets, cloud computing, reporting, data integrity, decision making and finally our IT organizational structure?
