Costs and Policy for Non-College Funded Areas

This policy is to assist non-college-funded areas when considering the use of services from User Support Services.
Non-college funded areas are those areas that do not directly received funding from the college. Examples would be Conference and Meeting Services and Campus Life.
User Support Services first priority is to provide high level technical support to college funded areas.
During regular working hours (7:30am to 5:00pm – Monday through Friday) support for non-college funded areas will be based on staff availability and knowledge. Technical support outside of regular working hours will be charged hourly and is limited to the availability of personnel.
