User Support Services is committed to providing quality service through implementing technology-focused solutions for the entire campus community.
CSC provides computing equipment hardware services and installation/maintenance services for campus standard software.
The Help Desk provides first level technical support for the campus community.
ITS provides computer labs (with cd burners, scanners, photo quality color printers, and image editing/desktop publishing software) copying, binding, laminating, transparencies, labeling, and large format printing. Services for faculty & staff include: support for instructional Web sites, conference prep. digital cameras, digitial scanning, slide production, and training/workshops.
MTSS provides support for media equipped facilities, video conferencing facilities, media equipment for various athletic facilities, tape duplication, video recording, satellite services, campus cable, media equipment delivery to non equipped locations and media training. Users may request media equipment and services with the MTSS-Online reservation system.
RES.net provides students with information on how to get internet access in residence hall rooms.
The Web Development Group provides web-based applications and databases for administrative offices and academic departments.
