Campus Community

It is against College policy to use forms to collect credit card information or personal information such as SSN. If it is discovered that you are collecting this information your form may be removed without notice and you may be subject to disciplinary action.

Administrative Departments/Organizations

If you are not sure if you are authorized to release data/reports or information, check with your immediate supervisor/advisor. Printed output containing confidential or sensitive information must be treated with the same care as confidential data files.

Sensitive Data

Some data that may be considered sensitive includes but is not limited to:

• National ID (i.e., SSN)
• Ethnicity
• Birth Date
• Gender
• Leave of Absence Reason
• Country of Citizenship
• Disability Information
• Citizenship Status
• Marital Status
• Grievance Information
• Criminal Record
• Discipline Information
• Date of Death
• Visa/Permit Data
• Military Status
• Driver's License
• Veteran's Information

This personal data can be collected, but should only be used for college business.
