GRADING POLICY Grade for this course will be calculated as follows:
Test I, Test II (20% each) ......................................40%
HW I (part of cumulative eval)...............................10%
HW II......................................................................15%
HW III (part of cumulative eval)............................10%
Cumulative Evaluation............................................25%
All assignments must be typed. Failure to take tests at designated times or late submission of assignments will result in the grade of zero. Should a student have trouble completing his/her course responsibilities the instructor must be contacted immediately (phone the dept, leave a note on my door). Only valid reasons will be accepted (i.e., death on the family, severe illness) and provisions to make up tests or hand in work must be determined within a week of the missed date.
