Community Service

At TCNJ, the brothers have participated in many exciting service projects to "help out" and act on the fraternity's purpose......

In 2002, Hispanic College Day with the help of campus organizations and school administration we presented high school students  from throughout New Jersey with an introduction to college life.  The students were informed on topics ranging from financial aid to guidance from  deans and assistant deans representing each of the college's seven schools.  Encouragement and motivation were the key to making our event a success and providing students with insight towards a college education. On October 28, 2003  we are looking forward to providing students an even better understanding of college life.  Please see the Hispanic College Day registration form for more details.

Other service projects performed in 2002 are  marches in unity parades, "Coast the Coast 2002-2005 Bike Tour" to support donations for Multiple Sclerosis and  the Trenton Soup Kitchen.

In 2003, we have in store the  Food Bank of New Jersey, American Heart Association, and many other organizations we are working to assist.

Lambda Theta Phi, Latin Fraternity Inc., Gamma Chapter, has also played a vital role in promoting Latin awareness on the TCNJ campus. The chapter hopes to assist all students to achieve a positive, yet multi-cultural, college experience.
