Kuhn's The Structure of  Scientific Revolutions:

50 Years On

 

2012 marks the 50th anniversary of the publication of Thomas Kuhn's landmark work

in the history, sociology, and philosophy of science.

In commemoration of this event, the Greater Philadelphia Philosophy Consortium (GPPC) is sponsoring a conference whose central theme is the significance

and continuing relevance of this work.

The Keynote Speaker will be Philip Kitcher,

John Dewey Professor of Philosophy at Columbia University.

The conference will take place on Saturday, December 1st, 2012

at the The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) in Ewing, New Jersey.
