MCI Drill (April 13 at Lions’ Stadium – Tentative)

-         Must contact campus police to get involved

-         Must contact Public Affairs to let them know what is going on

-         Will try to get Newspapers to cover the drill

-         LEMS will need funds to purchase food and drinks for all organizations involved

SFB Meeting

-         SFB will pay $50 each for 5 people ($250 total) to attend EMS conference

o       EMS will not appeal, since the funds will most likely not increase

-         SFB will not fund a last-semester student (George)

-         SFB’s funds will still put LEMS short about $700

CPR Instructing

-         LEMS will switch from Kennedy Health to Capital Health

-         LEMS will hold more classes, some of which will be on weekdays

-         George, Jim, and Mark will devise a contract for future LEMS CPR instructors

Responding to Calls

-         Health Services is experiencing many cases of Influenza-A.

o       LEMS must wash hands and wear a mask if person shows symptoms (coughing)

-         Health Services is experiencing many cases of a gastrointestinal virus (stomach virus)

o       Exercise caution in handling the patients

Core-13 Dates – must attend all 4

               Thursday Feb 21 (7pm-11pm) - (unofficially be over before 11pm)

               Friday Feb 22 (7pm-11pm)

               Saturday Feb 23 (9am-5pm)

   Sunday Feb 24 (9am-5pm
