Minutes:

Kevin Mnich (Chief/President)

· The CPR class that was held this last weekend ran successfully and raised about $1000 for LEMS

· More LEMS members are needed for the Dining Committee, so please join the committee if you are interested (the committee’s purpose is to organize the End‑of‑the‑Year LEMS Banquet)

· CPR cards from the class held last semester will be available in the Wolfe Hall Office for pick-up starting Saturday at 8AM (please bring your ID card for verification)

· Jamie, a member from Squad 139, will be helping with today’s drill

Kristin Caruso (Training/Personnel Captain)

· All the member orientations for the Spring semester have been completed

· The Core 13 CEU class will be held during the weekend of March 18-20

· The certificates are in for the ICS-200 and Documentation CEU classes held last year

Doug Smith (Fundraising Chair)

· The days for The Loop fundraiser have changed slightly so there are a few shifts that are still available for volunteers, one spot for the Friday night shift from 10PM to 12/1AM and two spots for the Tuesday night shift from 7PM to 10PM; if interested, please email Doug at smith46@tcnj.edu

Drill:

· Run by LEMS Training Captain, Kristin Caruso

· Drill composed of a review of EMS equipment/skills that are not regularly utilized at TCNJ to especially help refresh EMT members who are planning to attend the Core 13 CEU in March

· Four stations were set up: the KED, Medication Station, Back-boarding, and Hare Traction Splint

· Members broke up into groups and visited the stations in order to review these skills
