· We don’t need to buy training supplies because we can share w/ the nursing dept (Kevin)
· We could possibly put the money towards sweatshirts, radios or uniform pants.
-The Officer on Call system needs to be revived because Kevin is responding again this semester. It will include the line officers or former officers, and will be on a weekly schedule.
-We have the Activities Fair next Wednesday (2/1/06) from 12-3pm and are sharing a table with RHA.
-We are down one crew chief because of the resignation of Matt Grabina.
· Kevin made a motion to accept the letter of resignation, 2nd by Ricky, unanimously accepted by the board.
-We are working towards having a printsense account and H drive to keep all of our records together.
-Physicals are no longer required each year for all members – only for those with preexisting conditions such as asthma, etc.
-We have a CPR class coming up on Feb 4 for EMTs and Nursing students only. There will be more classes coming in the spring, including first aid for the general campus community to participate in.
-There hasn’t been any news yet about EMT or Core 13 classes.
-The Wellness Expo is coming up.
-We have 2 radios to be ordered soon.
-Radios from home squad are already all sold out.
-State dues are due soon, and the National Collegiate EMS membership has already been renewed.
-There are lots of CEUs being offered soon.
-Hazmat awareness and WMD (Cburn?) CEUs are now required for recertification.
-Our next drill should be paperwork, as some call sheets have been lacking.
-T-shirts – will be a $20 screening fee, then $7.50 per shirt
-No news yet about Polo shirts
-We need to come up with the logos for the t-shirts – possibly through photographing the existing shirts or from images that are on the website.
-The alcohol summit didn’t produce any solid results, but many things were discussed with regards to possibly changing policies in the future. It was nice for LEMS to be invited and included in the discussion.
-Inventory and reordering will be done tomorrow (1-26-06)

-Our fundraising account has approximately $900.
-The SOP changes must be voted on by both the E board and the General Membership.
-All changes must be reviewed and approved.
-A draft should be sent out for the members to read.
-There must be a general consensus before anything gets changed
