We have a new BP cuff
Crew chiefs need to stay at the scene and help their crew members write call reports because they have been lacking recently.

Bruce (Deputy Chief)

The schedule is posted online – email with any concerns/changes you may need.
We have lost one crew chief and would like to encourage anyone interested in becoming one to get involved.
The OOC schedule will be posted soon

The system is a backup, you call campus PD (x2167) and ask them to page the officer on call to come to the scene.
The officer carries a pager – specify “page” the officer to campus PD.

Kevin (Training)

· Basic trauma life support will be offered, likely the first weekend after spring break (CEU opportunity for EMTs)

· Assessment and documentation drills are coming soon.

· Lots of CEU forms are available – see Kevin for details.

· CEUs include river rescue and Hazmat/WMD

· Current EMTs are now required to get ICS 700, WMD and Hazmat certification to recer their EMT.

Classes can be done online: njlearning.com, ½ hour per class, certificates come in mail.

· Lists of CEU classes being offered in other counties will be available soon so you can plan to take a class closer to your home.

· Need help with monitoring CPR classes on 2/4 and 2/18, can get recerted during class if necessary. Contact Kevin to help out.

· Our insurance is up to date.

· Two new radios have been ordered.

After the changes are made the eboard and then the general membership must vote, each vote must pass by a 2/3 majority to be accepted
