-We should think about redistributing the female members so we can have a female member on each crew.
-Possibly this should go in the SOP’s
-We have 8 spots for guaranteed housing
they are assigned by active member criteria
-We are still waiting for confirmation on our printsense account.
Bruce (Deputy Chief)
-The OOC schedule is posted
-We need to switch crew chiefs around to cover Matt’s position.
-We have some possible confusion with the OOC paging and campus police
-We need to talk to campus police to sort this out, and also teach our members how to use a pager
Kevin (Training)
-CPR Class this past weekend was a success – 59 people and the largest class ever in LionsEMS history.
-
-17 People are registered for this weekends CPR class – there will be another in March; the registration deadline for this weekend is tomorrow.
-We need ideas for a drill for next week
-Documentation skits.
-Food for drill: 6 pizzas, 2 sodas, 1 lemonade
-Unanimous vote to give Chris $50 to buy food for the drill.
-2 new radios are here and in service
-We need to label and count all the radios
-The logistics captain should take care of keeping track of the radios
-The radio labeling/keeping track procedure should be in the SOPs.
-Crew chiefs need to sign for their radios
-Everyone should bring their radios to the meeting
-Email reminder should be sent.
Ricky (Equipment)
-Supplies have arrived – we now have 4 blood pressure cuffs.
Ray (Logistics)
-Will take care of radios.
Chris (Member Services)
-No report.
-We spent $2000 on the banquet last year and $70 on senior gifts.
-Will pay bills for shirts, radios next week.
-No interesting info from budget clinic
-The budget is due march 1
-We need to know how many active members we have, to tell SFB
-Do we want to keep our phone line?
-It can go in our budget for next year.
-Need to meet requirements for the beginning of the year programming – cant just have a pizza party.

-Still working on the SOPs

-The website software is working again; updates are coming.
-Four people have volunteered for the committee.
-Six flags tickets are in the process of being distributed.
