Doug (Chief)

 

-New member introductions

-Standby this weekend was a success

-Escorts haven’t been necessary yet – many people are walking with friends

-Need to go over next year’s budget

-New people can take over their positions completely whenever comfortable

-Replacement crew chief bag – it can come out of SFB money next year.

-What are we going to do with the extra publicity money?

 

Bruce (Deputy Chief)

 

-One standby coming up this weekend – lacrosse.

-BTLS is coming up this Saturday at 9am in the Wolfe 2 lounge.

-Currently going over stuff with Cyril

-We can put up the trifold/banner during freshman orientation.

-Currently gathering information from other colleges with regards to drawing up a LionsEMS contract for our members to work standbys on campus.

 

 

Chris (VP for Member Services)

 

-$400 deposit for dinner, up to 65 people can attend

-Use form genie to sign up

-Total price is $2414.85, which includes 50 gift bags

-Contract for cash advance from SFB is organized.

 

 

Regina (Treasurer)

 

-$115 in publicity

-$110 in office supplies

-Currently waiting for some receipts to come in

-We still owe the red cross $400 but are waiting for confirmation that the last check was received before sending them another one.

 

 

Jessica (Secretary)

Jay and George (Growth)

 

Lengthy discussion on revisions, errors and questions to do with revised SOPs.  Voting will take place at the next exec board meeting.  To pass, both the e-board and general membership must have a 2/3 majority support the revised SOPs.

 

 

Tom (Publicity)

 

-Will post the finished SOPs when the time comes.

-Request $15 from publicity to make a new trifold with relevant information about what LionsEMS does, to supplement the one we have and replace the old one.

-Will use printsense to make some “educational flyers”/table tents, etc for the campus.
