Scheduling surveys for next semester to be done at next week’s meeting
-Shirt embroidery – changing “Squad 138” to gold because it doesn’t show up right.
-Ordering 25 pairs of pants for our new uniforms
-Sweatshirts are here but we are being overcharged for them, so will ask Holly for advice on how to handle it.
-Dave and Busters check is ready.
-Red Cross check was sent to pay our outstanding bills.
-We need to finish paying for the banquet.
-We are reallocating money between our lines to get a new crew chief bag hopefully in time for the beginning of next year.
-Next Wednesday at 12.30 there is a ‘boardwalk’ style event being held in front of the library in the new alumni grove – sponsored by Wellness/Sodexho
-Do we want to have a table? Are people available to work it? What kind of game would we want to do, if any?
