Nicole Gerber (Chief/President)
Nominations will be next week starting at 3pm. Please make every effort to attend, especially if you want to run for something.
Elections will be two weeks after that, also at 3pm.
Brief description of each position and its requirements: (full text in the SOPs – see the website)
President – one semester on the board, crew chief, three active semesters
Run meetings, help organize everything, represent the club
Deputy Chief – crew chief, three active semesters
Scheduling, standbys, assisting the president with the operational side of the club
Training – two active semesters, crew chief
Make off campus contacts to organize classes, including CPR, first aid, EMT classes and CEU opportunities
Equipment – two active semesters, crew chief
Organize and order supplies; work with Holly to deal with quotes and invoices
Logistics – two active semesters, crew chief
Deal with the uniforms and radios; some similar functions to equipment
Exec VP – two active semesters
Deal with new member applications, clothing orders and keeping the certification records
VP of Member Services and Special Events – two active semesters
Planning the banquet, organizing the activities fair, organizing events with other clubs, first aid council liason
Secretary – two active semesters
Take care of emails; meeting reminders, the member directory, attendance records and the minutes
Treasurer – two active semesters
Handle all of our funds, prepare the budget, work with SFB
Fundraising – two active semesters
Organize fundraising activities
Growth – two active semesters
Update the SOPs, work on securing member benefits
Publicity – two active semesters
Webmaster – updating the website, knowledge of html/graphic design a plus
Publicity – making posters, flyers, business cards to advertise the club
Tonight at Pennington Rd FAU there will be a CEU drill at 7.30pm

George Apostolopoulos
(Deputy Chief)
We are doing a patch trade with our home squads, see George to sign out a LEMS patch and bring one from your home organization in return. It will go up on our bulletin board in health services. This is a first aid squad tradition.
There are a lot of standbys this weekend so please sign up. Remember you need standbys to be an active member and this is a major fundraising event for our club.
Come and pick up a training form if you are going to the CEU classes.
Working on scheduling a CPR instructor course
We will have an in house CEU by the end of the semester

Ordered supplies for the closet.
We may be having a problem with radio 8.
For standbys this weekend, please coordinate with the crew chiefs for switching of equipment.
Kevin Mnich (Logistics)
Labeling the radios – we are looking into a better system than labels or using a Dremel. We may to some reprogramming to achieve this.
Radio #2 has a new charger and will be back in service soon.
New CC’s should be getting assigned radios.
The pager is in the closet in an ADEP bag. We need to find it.

Sweatshirts will be here next week.

The banquet is currently being planned
Meetings are 11.30-1 in the cube on Mondays
The cost is still up in the air, somewhere between $10 and $25
There will be a link in an email to a form genie to sign up.

We will have stations for first aid and safety drills for the kids
Info will go out in an email, there will be standby credit. Help is appreciated.

There will be significant standby credit involved, and you also get a six flags pass for participating.

The wolfe CA’s are holding a program on what to do before help arrives in a medical emergency, and are looking for LEMS involvement. See Kevin (mnich2@tcnj.edu) if you would like to help out. It will be next Wednesday evening.
