Was it an ignominious or honorable fate that awaited the smartly dressed, blindfolded young men pictured here? Who were they, and who were their tuxedoed chaperones? Did a photographer sneak into some super-secret fraternity initiation? Or could this just be the line waiting to hit the piñata? The source of the photo is the 1957 Seal, but alas, it doesn’t indicate when or where the picture was taken. Perhaps you can tell us?
