Responsible for overseeing the Campus wide network used to access parking, buildings, attendance, and debit. Product management, implemented Oracle based automated campus wide parking system, was responsible for the purchase and installation of digital copiers networked across campus with the ability of automate the accounting and print management. Implemented and designed two web pages used to purchase on-line parking decals and deposit funds into campus debit account.

Responsible for evaluating laptop computer products, including hardware (network, modem, SCSI cards, USB devices and third-party external devices) and testing software (Win 2000, WinNT, Win95 & 98 first and second addition, Win3.11 and third-party software), problem research and resolution. Train field-service managers and hotline personnel, and conduct technical presentations for sales team and prospective customers. Served as technical liaison between Panasonic USA and Panasonic Japan.

Installed and serviced mini- and micro-computer systems and peripherals. Worked on site at Coopers & Lybrand as the sole person responsible for maintaining computer equipment and peripherals for corporate accounts, controlled service parts inventory. Certified on all major computer platforms, including IBM, Compaq, Toshiba, Hewlett Packard and Apple.
