Certificates of completion will be distributed at each division’s event.

 

*  Due to fire code occupancy regulations, the Theatre performance has limited seating capacity.  Tickets will be distributed to parents and families of Theatre scholars prior to this performance.  Tickets for approximately 30 remaining open seats will be given out on a first-come, first-serve basis at the Kendall Hall Don Evans Theatre Upper Lobby at 10:30 a.m.

 

Guests can purchase breakfast and lunch in the Eickhoff Hall Dining Hall.

 

All belongings should be packed up by 9:00 a.m. and must be removed from Norsworthy Hall dormitory by 5:00 p.m. at the latest.  Check out is in the "Guest Services" area on the first floor of Eickhoff Hall (near the elevators) from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.  Each scholar must return his/her dorm room key and access card(s) at check-out.  If your dorm room key and access card(s) are returned AFTER CHECK-OUT, even if it is the same day, a $50.00 fee will be charged to you for each lost key and/or access card(s).

 

Visual Arts scholars must remove their art works and other materials from Holman Hall by 2:30 p.m.
