 Eta Delta Chapter History On February 8, 1974, the Eta Delta Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. was chartered at Trenton State College. With the help of Brother Edward Bullock and the Trenton Alumni Chapter, eleven men became the charter members of Eta Delta. As the first Kappa chapter in the State of New Jersey, ALL other NJ chapters draw their roots from our membership. Boasting over 30 years of Scholarship and Achievement at The College of New Jersey (formerly Trenton State College), Eta Delta remains the preeminent fraternal organization in the Trenton, Princeton and Lawerenceville communities.
