40th Anniversary of our first Baccalaureate Nursing Class

2010 is the 40th anniversary of our first baccalaureate nursing class at TCNJ. In celebration, we are planning “TCNJ Nursing-40 Years of Excellence 1970-2010,” with events finishing in April 2011. The School of Nursing has a rich history of faculty, students, and alumni leaders who have contributed to the school, the College, and the nursing profession through education, practice and research, health care delivery, and health policy. It is these leaders, individually and collectively, who have defined and exemplified the excellence for which we are known and in which we hold great pride. Please plan to join us to reconnect with the school, faculty and former classmates. Please visit our Nursing 40th Web site for more information.
Congratulations to all Alumni, Students, Faculty and Staff!
TCNJ, School of Nursing received full 10 year re-accreditation from CCNE, the Council of Collegiate Nursing Education, in May 2009 (2009 - 2019). Following an extensive program review, self study report and site visit in November 2009, the Board of Review granted full re-accreditation of the BSN and MSN programs. CCNE is specialized accreditation of only baccalaureate and higher degree nursing programs and is a measure of program excellence and continuous quality improvement. Thank you to everyone who participated in this process.
