Bridge Program to the MSN
- Standardized testing will not be required for applicants
to the Bridge to the MSN Program who meet either of the
following criteria (GRE required for applicants who do not meet
either of these criteria):
- A GPA of greater than 3.2 in their baccalaureate degree program plus a GPA of greater than 3.2 from their basic nursing program.
- A grade of B or better on the first 3 TCNJ undergraduate courses taken as part of the undergraduate bridge program.
- Applicants must have a Baccalaureate degree in any field from an accredited institution
- Pre-admission interview
- CPR Certification
- Adherence to The College's health requirements
- An associates degree or diploma in nursing from and NLN accredited institution
- License to practice as a registered nurse in the state of New Jersey (license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania may be recommended)
Prior to beginning courses for MSN, all students must meet the following additional requirements:
- Successful completion of one undergraduate health assessment course (or approved equivalent)
- Successful completion of one statistics course
