SantaThe 18th annual TCNJ Holiday, one of the College’s largest community service projects, was held on December 7, 2006. The event centered on promoting religious and cultural awareness during the holidays and creating and donating holiday crafts for those in need.

state leaders meet at TCNJ to discuss hunger issues

HungerDespite New Jersey's rank as the nation’s wealthiest state according to Census Bureau Data, hunger is a growing problem for hundreds of thousands of families. Officials from the Anti-Hunger Coalition discussed this problem at the Congressional Forum on Hunger hosted by the College shortly after Thanksgiving.

 


Team invex dominates lion's apprentice, season two

Team InvexDean of the School of Business Emmanuel Osagie and Associate Professor Alfred Pelham created the “Lion’s Apprentice” program last year as a practical real-world application of what students are learning inside the classroom.  Meet the fall 2006 winning team.

 

 


ink's guests inspire young writers

The College’s Ink program and the English department’s Writing Communities course collaborated this year to present the Visiting Writers Series. Writers in the College community were treated to readings from three critically acclaimed authors that were carefully selected by students in the program.

The College of New Jersey’s Athletic Department was recognized on December 6 for winning the first-ever New Jersey Athletic Conference Blood Drive Challenge, sponsored by the American Red Cross.
