GradsAn evening of torrential rain that threatened to cancel the May 12 Commencement ceremonies gave way to sunshine on the big day for more than 1,400 degree candidates.

 

 


Bonner scholars lend working hands to katrina devastation

BonnerFifteen Bonner Community Scholars from the College traveled to Camp Premiere at St. Bernard Parish to assist in relief efforts to homes stricken by Hurricane Katrina. They joined the Federal Emergency Management Association (FEMA) and the Habitat for Humanity of New Orleans from May 7-14 and spent a week gutting houses so they can either be rebuilt or demolished.

PISOn Tuesday, May 23, a Public Issues Summit was held on campus on the subject of immigration. The event included a keynote address by New Jersey Assemblyman Bill Baroni followed, by an open forum of deliberation shared by over 100 participants from New Jersey.
