The Political Perception Lab (PPL) conducts experimental and survey-based research on the ways in which people’s prior beliefs affect their understanding of the world around them. In our lab, we emphasize the way political and religious belief systems bias and distort peoples’ perceptions of social reality. We are interested in the antecedents and consequences of these belief systems, and the nature of the biases associated with them.

If you are interested in working as a research assistant in the Political Perception Lab, you can access an application here.
