Pat joined TCNJ in June 2006. Previous to his current position Pat worked at Quixx Linden Cogeneration, where he served for 8 years as Plant Manager.  In this capacity, he had full operational responsibility for the 23 MW plant.  While there he improved plant efficiencies and increased revenues, developed and implemented environmental, health and safety policies, procedures and training, and supervised a staff of 15 operations, maintenance and support personnel.  Prior to his work at Quixx, he served as Assistant Plant Manager NRG/O’Brien Co generation, a 130 MW cogeneration plant.  Additionally, Pat served in the United States Navy, responsible for operation and maintenance of ships’ steam propulsion and power generation equipment. 

Besides providing overall leadership for The College of New Jersey's Central Utilities Plant, Pat’s assignments include a plant-wide efficiency audits, expansion of the Demand Response Initiatives, and capital project work.
