Interests: Child psychology and also cognitive psychology
Future plans: I plan to teach elementary school, ideally 2nd grade. I plan on attending grad school to get my masters in the education field. In the far away future I may consider becoming a school guidance counselor.
Research Experience: Infidelity and guilt patterns (PSY 299), gender patterns in suicide, gender stereotypes in children’s literature, and currently I am researching the on-campus Kidsbridge program and developing a curriculum for it (Senior Research Lab).
Megan Geerdts (geerdts2)

Future plans: I plan to pursue my PhD in either a cognitive or developmental program and eventually become a college professor.

Future plans: I am almost certain that I will go to grad school for something in I/O psychology, possibly Human Resources. I'd like to have an internship before I graduate to help me to make some decisions about grad school. Also, I'd like to get a teaching degree for elementary education at some point.
Research Experience: For PSY299, I researched the relationship between health and life strains in college students.

Future plans: I would like to work in Human Resources at a business or non profit organization, and eventually I would like to own a restaurant that employs disabled adults.
