2. Ed reported that a computer account titled "QRAC" has been set up and he is awaiting IT to have someone from the Web Design Group take the current web page for the committee that resides under his web page and convert it to acceptable TCNJ format and be placed off of the TCNJ page in an appropriate location. Ed called the Help Desk again Wednesday to follow up on two previous requests to have this work done. He will make weekly reminder calls until the work is done.

Once the QRAC web page is set up a note will be sent to the entire campus alerting them about the existence of QRAC and putting out a general call for submission of courses to be consider for approval  as QR courses (using the submission format and guidelines developed and approved by QRAC and the appropriate TCNJ committees and administrators).

3. Teresa volunteered to spearhead the fall 2008 QRAC Forum. She will be contacting some of you for help with arrangements and lining up a really great speaker or group of speakers.

It is never too early to start working on spring 2009 activities/initiatives and so would you all consider the possibility of assuming the lead role for the spring. We will revisit this topic at our next meeting.

4. Ed volunteered to chair QRAC during the fall 2008 semester.
