REACH is a research lab founded and directed by Dr. He Len Chung, Assistant Professor of Psychology at The College of New Jersey. The Lab takes an interdisciplinary approach to understand factors that promote positive mental health and well-being during emerging adulthood (ages 18 to 25). We conduct most of our work in the community (Trenton, NJ) and try to identify resources that reduce the risk that young people will experience negative outcomes such as unemployment, contact with the criminal justice system, and psychological problems.

The Lab is governed by the TCNJ Psychology Department within the TCNJ School of Culture and Society.
