Enrollment Verification
The National Student Clearinghouse now serves as the official agent of The College of New Jersey for all degree and enrollment verifications. Any requests for verifications must be processed by our students through PAWS, The College's web-based application for students information access. The Enrollment Verification Certificate produced via this process should be honored as an official document.
Enrollment Verification Request on PAWS
Please note that The National Student Clearinghouse and The College of New Jersey will not verify any enrollment verification until 30 days prior to the start of each semester.
Students
- Does your parents' health insurance provider want proof
that you are a full-time student?
- Does your scholarship require certification that you
are matriculated at The College of New Jersey?
- Do you need to certify your enrollment status to a series of third party guarantors, servicers or employers?
The College of New Jersey now offers free enrollment verification to our students through the National Clearinghouse Student Self-Service Program. Simply go to the Enrollment Verification link on PAWS at http://my.tcnj.edu to print a proof-of-enrollment certificate. After logging in to myTCNJ portal and PAWS, click on "Student Center" and then access the "Enrollment Verification (NSC)" link that is located above the drop down menu. Students are encouraged to attach to the certificate the Director of Records & Registration's Letter notifying Guarantors and Lenders that the NSC serves as The College's official agent for all degree and enrollment verifications
Parents
The National Student Clearinghouse is now our authorized agent for providing enrollment verifications. You should ask your student to print out the enrollment verification certificate at no cost as noted above.
