Unofficial Transcript
You may request an unofficial transcript for purposes such as "Good Driver Discounts" and for personal use via PAWS.
Official Transcript
There is NO fee for transcripts; however, no transcript will be sent if you have an outstanding financial obligation to the College.
A TCNJ transcript cannot be faxed to you.

Step-by-step process on how to request Official Transcript on PAWS
Please request your transcript via PAWS.
Sign into PAWS using your TCNJ account information (same as email). From the "Student Center", select the "Request Official Transcript" link located within the drop down menu in Academics
If you are having problems with logging in or you can not remember your username and/or password, contact the Help Desk at 609-771-2660.
For any special requests, please contact the Transcript Department at 609-771-2141.

Who attended The College after the year 2000
Step-by-step process for FORMER STUDENTS on how to request Official Transcript on PAWS
If you attended The College during of after the year 2000, you must request your transcript via PAWS. The following instructions are specific to only those students who attended during this time period.

Who attended The College prior to the year 2000
If you attended The College prior to 2000, you must request your transcript by submitting a Request for Transcript Form to the Office of Records and Registration via fax, mail or by email attachment. All transcript requests must contain an original signature, electronic signatures will not be accepted.
