Opened in 1992, Eickhoff Hall combines student residence space and student services. The main level includes an 800-seat, sky-lit dining hall
Townhouses West

Townhouse West accommodates sophomore students (2009-2010). Each house holds 10 students, all with single bedrooms. Each house has a main living room, and each of the three floors has its own bathroom, shower, full refrigerator, microwave, common area and the top two floors have a separate common area sink.
On the first floor of each townhouse the central air condition control is located in the house lounge. there is a furnished house lounge, including a table, chairs, sofa and love seat. Most house lounges are equipped with ethernet and cable jacks.
Laundry facilities, hall offices and main lounges (with a full kitchen) are available in the complex as well.

Decker Hall was named for Vernetta F. Decker, a professor of English and speech from 1926-1937 who then became The College's dean of students. Built in 1963, Decker Hall was renovated in 1992.
Decker Hall is a non-air-conditioned co-ed suite style facility housing approximately 360 students in single, double, or triple rooms, with two rooms sharing a bathroom.
Allen, Brewster, Ely Halls

Built in 1931, these non-air-conditioned traditional residence halls were upgraded and renovated in 1991. The buildings were named for Elizabeth Allen (founder of the State Teachers Pension and Annuity Fund), Alice L. Brewster (professor in The College's English Department) and Sarah Y. Ely (professor and Normal School supervisor of the girl's department).
While at one time Allen, Brewster and Ely were three seperate houses they have since been joined by enclosed throughfares to form one residence hall. ABE houses approximately 150 students in a traditional style arrangement. Every room in ABE is unique in size and layout. The hallways and rooms of ABE are carpeted. ABE is home to a beautiful main lounge called the Allen Drawing Room, which is complete with a hardwood floor, fireplace, grand piano and antique furnishings.
New Residence Hall

Opened in 1985, this three story air-conditioned residence hall houses about 260 students in carpeted, air conditioned double rooms with private bathrooms. New Residence Hall surrounds a picturesque central courtyard.
Centennial Hall

Celebrating 50 years as a residential facility, Centennial Hall offers housing for many of our Sophomore Year Experience Students. Located in The College's Lakeside Area, Centennial Hall borders the new campus library on one side and Lake Silva on the other.
This non-air-conditioned residence hall houses males on two floors in one wing and females on three floors in the second wing, with common area lounge space connecting the two wings. Students housed in this facility use community bathrooms and have access to a community kitchen next to the main lounge area.
Individual rooms, of both double and single occupancy, have built-in closets and windows that span from wall to wall. Each student is provided with a desk, an above-desk bookshelf, a bed (bunkable in double rooms), and a set of drawers for storage space.
Norsworthy Hall

This three-story non-air-conditioned building is one of the smallest amongst those that house our students. Housing approximately 150 students, Norsworthy is co-ed and students have access to male and female common bathrooms on each floor. Main lounge space provides students with an area where they are able to experience a variety of campus and residential programming.
