Singles Waitlist
Students must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible for the Singles Waitlist:
- The student must have participated in the 2008-2009 Annual Housing Lottery Process and received a placement.
- The student must be a Sophomore, Junior or Senior who will be living in TCNJ housing during the 2008-2009 academic year (we are no longer accepting applications for the current academic year). New Freshmen and transfers not yet in housing are not eligible for the Singles Waitlist.
- The student cannot be on any Housing Waitlist. Each student applicant must have an official room assignment for the academic year. Once a student is taken off of a housing waitlist and given a room assignment, he/she is eligible to apply for the Singles Waitlist.
When a student reaches the top of the Singles Waitlist, he/she will be contacted by a representative from the Assignments office and offered a single room, if one is available. This single room, however, must be in the student's cohort living area. Sophomores will only be offered single rooms in the SYE area and Juniors and Seniors will only be offered single rooms in the Upperclass area.
