Student Antivirus Instructions

Before installing TCNJ's Antivirus please uninstall any existing antivirus software and reboot your computer. Next run the antivirus installation program from the cd-rom or download it from the RES.net website. This is a self extracting file and will install silently after it extracts. Please wait at least 5-10 minutes for the installer to finish and update your software, and then reboot your computer. Do not reboot before the install program is finished or attempt to exit the install program. When your computer restarts the virus software will be running and will automatically update itself daily. Information Technology provides this software to TCNJ students free of charge, however we are not responsible for any problems that may occur from its use.
