The purpose of RHA is to provide representation of all students living in campus residence halls.

It also acts as a liaison between the residents of The College of New Jersey

and all organizational/individual aspects of resident life. 

RHA shall represent students’ rights and their corresponding responsibilities, grievances, and achievements.

Furthermore, RHA shall enhance the educational, social, functional, and cultural aspects of residence life.
