Physical Enhancement Center Membership Info for Faculty, Staff & Alumni
All memberships will expire August 31. Prices are scaled based on the date you complete your membership application. After the 15th of the month, membership rate will be priced with the following month. (Example - on October 16th member will be charge the November to August fee).

Must submit copy of alumni card or diploma with Membership Form.

Memberships are for immediate family only.
**A $10.00 fee will be assessed to replace lost or stolen membership cards.**
